Fermentation Beer & Brewing Show is the UK’s only monthly beer and brewing show on FM radio. It has been broadcasting on Radio Reverb since December 2015. The show is produced and presented by member of The British Guild of Beer Writers, Emma Inch.
The show has a magazine-style format and features interviews with national and international brewers, articles on brewing techniques and homebrewing, food and beer matching, and beer-related news and views. Jane Peyton – award-winning beer sommelier, writer and educator – is a regular monthly guest.
During 2016 Fermentation Beer & Brewing Show featured interviews with more than 25 national and international breweries including Cloudwater, Beavertown, Bedlam, Yeastie Boys and Franklins . 2017 looks set to rival this in terms of big name interviewees including breweries such as Northern Monk, Fierce and Verdant and beer writers like Pete Brown and Roger Protz .
You can tune in at 3pm on the 4th Sunday of every month on 97.2fm or DAB radio (in Brighton & surrounding areas) or via the Radio Reverb website. Alternatively, you can catch up with shows you’ve missed via iTunes or Podomatic.
